gunnercooke moves to prestigious new Manchester address

gunnercooke Manchester has moved to a prestigious new address at 53 King Street. The move supports the rapid growth of our business, and will provide a base for our back office team, in addition to partner workspace and prestigious meeting and business lounge facilities.

A building with history

Our new office was originally an Edwardian Baroque bank designed by architect Charles Heathcote. It opened in 1913 and was granted Grade II listed building status in 1974. The building has also been home to Lloyds TSB and stands on the site of the original Manchester Town Hall. The building was acquired and renovated by The Office Group, providing a unique and exclusive office space.

“We are so excited about our new home and central Manchester location. It provides easy transport links for clients and between our London and Manchester partners, and a really great hub for hosting client and professional events. The building is a truly unique space, and we felt that it really reflects where we are as a business.” Sarah Goulbourne, founding partner.
