She is both an experienced solicitor and member of the Chartered Management Institute, giving her a unique commercial approach that cuts to the heart of the issue and delivers bold business minded results for clients.
Claire-Elaine has a wealth of practical experience and knowledge and has a passion for landlord & tenant, proactive estate and portfolio management, facilitating developments, resolving telecommunications problems and assisting in the resolution of real estate disputes such as boundaries, rights of way or restrictive covenants. Claire-Elaine also has particular experience in defending bulk litigation against developers and local authorities and dealing with professional negligence claims against property professionals.
As a capable litigator, she also deals with general commercial litigation, corporate disputes, partnership disputes and Intellectual Property issues.
Claire-Elaine is an active member of the Property Litigation Association and the Agricultural Law Association. She sits on the West Midlands Regional Board of the Chartered Management Institute and also undertakes some teaching at the University of Law and University College of Estate Management.
