Over the past 22 years Jim has developed a dispute resolution practice advising a diverse range of business sectors from property development through to banking. In recent years his key focus has been on the development of alternative dispute resolution and qualified as an ADR mediator in 2006, leading some of the UK’s prominent class actions since then.

Jim has a broad range of litigation experience, primarily focusing on professional negligence, commercial banking, partnership, product liability, insolvency, property and construction related disputes.

  • Advised Lloyds Action Now, who represented many thousands of Lloyds shareholders in a multi-billion pound claim against Lloyds Banking Group, HM Treasury and The Bank of England, relating to the takeover of HBoS.
