Monica has gone beyond everything I expected from a personal mentor. She has helped me to both develop and progress as a legal professional and is the ideal role model for the solicitor I hope to become in the future. Even though the mentoring scheme has ended, Monica continues to go out of her way to support and assist me in my search for a training contract. She has been an important influence on my decision to become a commercial solicitor. I am lucky to have Monica as my personal mentor. With her support and guidance, I have been given the opportunity to pursue goals and aspirations that I previously thought were beyond my reach.
Monica is an outstanding and talented individual who consistently demonstrates the highest standards of professionalism. She is highly regarded by other professional services particularly in respect of her care of and relationship with clients. She is a brilliant networker and is obviously a prize asset to her firm in particular and the legal sector in general. She has a natural, engaging style which, added to her undoubted technical ability, allows her to effectively communicate at all levels
