Stephanie has over 15 years’ experience advising clients on the structuring, negotiation and delivery of transactions across a range of sectors both in the UK and internationally. With particular expertise in infrastructure and outsourcing projects, Stephanie has delivered a broad range of commercial deals, including in sectors such as healthcare, technology, finance & insurance, travel & tourism, telecommunications, waste, custodial, transport and aerospace.
With strong project management skills and a track record of closing transactions on time and budget, Stephanie is someone who likes to get deals done. She builds strong relationships across transactional teams, seeks balanced commercial outcomes and tightly manages timetables to ensure deadlines are met.
Stephanie is a keen public speaker and regularly provides training for lawyers and commercial/technical teams, particularly in Africa. This includes capacity building on legal, commercial and procurement issues as well as negotiation skills training.
