Motivation (noun);

“superleaders are geniuses at motivation. Unlike ordinary bosses they don’t want 80% of the attention and dedication of their people. They want 100%. And they get 100%. But not by waving big bonuses. When you have that sort of leader you feel part of a much larger mission. You are motivated to succeed.”
