Word of the Week - Motivation

Motivation (noun);

“superleaders are geniuses at motivation. Unlike ordinary bosses they don’t want 80% of the attention and dedication of their people. They want 100%. And they get 100%. But not by waving big bonuses. It isn’t about money. People know when they are working for a special boss – someone who is changing the rules, is unafraid to take risks, deeply cares about achieving a higher objective and invites his or her people to be part of it and cares about them as if they were family. When you have that sort of leader you feel part of a much larger mission. You are motivated to succeed.”
