Anna is an employment lawyer with over 20 years’ experience of advising employers and individuals on all aspects of employment law.
She regularly advises on issues arising from or related to, recruitment, exits, terms and conditions of employment, reward and incentive schemes (including bonuses and equal pay issues), discrimination (including disciplinary and grievance processes) and reorganisations (including redundancies, outsourcing & TUPE).
Anna began her career as a commercial litigator and is equally happy advising on contentious matters including employment tribunals and post-termination restrictions.
Anna also particularly enjoys devising and running high quality, interactive training sessions for employers and their workforce.
Adaptable and pragmatic Anna has enjoyed the variety of working with owner-managed companies, start-ups, charities, universities, professional service firms and businesses within the financial services, recruitment, media and retail sectors. She enjoys advising on all the typical (and less typical) HR issues that arise for any employer and in so doing developing a close working relationship with her clients.
