  • Advised Breal Capital on their purchase of the business and assets of Lyte Industries (Wales) Limited via prepack administration.
  • Advised Midland & General Holdings Ltd on the acquisition of the entire share capital of Midland & General Scaffolding Ltd.
  • Incorporated and drafted ancillary documents for a Family Investment Company of a HNW individual.
  • Advising on the borrower side on multiple high value matters for Stafford Capital partners, including the refinancing of financial indebtedness, as well as a multicurrency revolving capital call facility agreement.
  • Acting for Greater Manchester Combined Authority in relation to the provision of £31m loan facilities to Bruntwood Scitech Limited.
  • Acting for Santander in relation to the refinance of the Blue i Group.
