Fiona Timms is an English qualified lawyer specialising in intellectual property. Fiona helps clients to obtain and enforce their IP rights, particularly trade marks, copyright and designs. Fiona has experience in brand enforcement, advertising and drafting commercial agreements, together with experience in coordinating litigation in infringement proceedings for well-known international brands.

Fiona has also assisted in global anti-counterfeiting initiatives in both the digital and physical marketplaces for a variety of popular brands including a major e-cigarette company and a leading women’s activewear and clothing company.

Fiona has further portfolio work experience acting for an international location-based social networking, lifestyle and dating app in respect of their global trade mark portfolio.
