Giovanni Valentini is an Italian qualified lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Giovanni has more than 10 years of experience in advising entrepreneurs, international banks and private equity funds in complex M&A deals, from both the sell-side and buy-side.

His experience encompasses all stages of M&A transactions, including cross-border transactions, as well as the structuring and execution of acquisition projects for private equity clients. Giovanni operates with a focus on the strategic and financial aspects of a transaction and in close co-operation with the other professionals involved in the deal.
