Simon advises on all aspects of Employment Law & HR related matters, including dismissals and terminations, discrimination laws, redundancies, employment contract disputes, disciplinary and grievance matters, organisational restructures and TUPE issues, whistleblowing, capability and performance issues, sickness absence management, and all other HR policies and procedures.
