Simona is a dual-qualified lawyer with over 17 years of extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings and advising businesses on a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters. She is well accustomed to working across multiple jurisdictions with different laws.

Having both the exposure of working with private law firms and as a general counsel for a reputable M&A advisor, she holistically combines transactional advice with a strong commercial background and has a solid understanding of the corporate environment.
