Jeremy is an employee benefits lawyer with over 21 years’ experience.  He advises on shareholder structures, board pay, management incentives, employee share plans, and associated employment law, trust law and corporate law issues.

Jeremy has been recommended in lawyer guides Chambers and Legal 500 with clients stating that he has a “broad base of experience” and seeks to “understand what it is that clients are trying to achieve” and is “extremely good at cutting through to the nub of a matter”.

When not providing legal advice to clients, Jeremy works with start-ups to get them investor-ready.

  • Advised various retailers on their incentive arrangements including Fenwicks, Monsoon Accessorise and Itsu
  • Advised various banks, funds and insurers on their obligations under the Remuneration Code and Solvency II
