• Defended an association of fertilizer manufacturers in India in a high-value patent dispute across several Indian High Courts; successfully obtained orders vacating ex-parte injunctions.
• Successfully represented a group of investors in pursuing breaches of a shareholder’s agreement by the company’s promoters, including mismanagement of affairs. Led settlement negotiations and resolved the dispute via mediation.
• Secured injunctions and damages awards in trademark, design, and copyright infringement cases in India for international luxury groups including LVMH, Swatch, and Luxottica.
• Acted for Nike Inc. in litigation against online marketplaces in India to address contributory liability for widespread counterfeiting, resulting in broad protective injunctions.

• Assisted a Swedish payment solutions provider in responding to a descriptiveness objection issued by the UKIPO, successfully overcoming the objection and securing trademark registration.
• Advised a web3 developer in defending the title of its NFT collection in opposition proceedings issued by a clothing brand; managed parallel oppositions in the UK and EU and successfully negotiated a favourable coexistence agreement.
