Our Equality & Inclusion group is driven by our partners to help grow initiatives in this space, including a mission to make legal careers accessible for all. In a recent survey, 13% of our firm identify as ethnic minority and 54% are female, including 40% of partners. Our oldest partner is 79 and our youngest 33. The gunnercooke model takes away the barriers lawyers face in becoming partners at traditional firms; they benefit from flexibility in their work-life balance, as well as fairer remuneration.
This data sample is taken from an optional anonymous survey taken between March and May 2023, of which there were 156 responses. However only 134 of those responses consented to us sharing this information publicly.
