How do conflicts work?

The compliance team carries out conflict checks on all new clients and matters against the conflicts database. In the event a potential conflict is identified the team works with the lawyers working on the matter to help them to ensure a conflict is avoided. In cases of a commercial conflict, the team reviews the details and wherever possible works to find a solution to meet the needs of all parties.
