What IT support services do we offer?

All of the core products you will need to begin and maintain your practice at gunnercooke are available as standard. We also maintain contacts with key suppliers to provide you with additional software and hardware at cost.

How does IT support work?

We have an in house team of experienced IT professionals who can help you with all of your needs. They can be contacted via telephone or email and have the ability to remote access your laptop to resolve issues quickly.

Will I learn how to use the systems?

When you join gunnercooke you will be given full IT training as part of your induction and regular refresher sessions are run to allow you to stay up to date with any developments.

Where do I source a laptop from?

You will need to have an approved laptop and we also recommend additional support such as a docking station, keyboard, mouse, and an extra screen. We can help you to understand the best technology for your needs before you join gunnercooke.

Or we can purchase an approved laptop on your behalf (available at wholesale prices) which we can then help to set up and customise to your needs without charge.

Do I need to arrange a mobile phone?

Yes, you’ll need to arrange your own package, but we can advise you on suitable models and networks.
