Notable matters we have undertaken
- Advising Equitix in connection with 2 separate rounds of amendment/restructuring in respect of a €50m investment by SMBC Leasing — structured with Equitix’s support.
- Advised in establishing and dealing with various transactions on behalf of SFO Capital Limited, a Lebanese bank’s UK investment arm.
- Advised on an investment by a French TV/film producer and distributor into an English start up production company, which was the investor’s first investment in the UK involving cross-border elements and important considerations related to the status of the clients as individuals, such as terms of service.
- Advised UK internet service provider Telcom Group on a major £63m investment on all facets of the agreement, with Operating Partner Chris Baldock being appointed Telcom Group’s Chairman.
