Jennifer is a seasoned corporate attorney with a strong litigation background. As a former General Counsel, she is adept at partnering with business leaders to deliver pragmatic legal solutions and streamline cross-functional operations. She is known for her practical approach to problem solving and her ability to align legal strategy with business objectives.

Before joining gunnercooke, Jennifer led the creation of the legal function for a fast growing med-tech conglomerate, where she developed company-wide policies and scalable systems to address corporate, commercial, employment, M&A, litigation, compliance, data privacy and IP matters. Her previous in house roles included key positions within the legal departments of various Berkshire Hathaway companies. Prior to going in house, Jen was a prosecutor with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and a litigator at two Am Law 100 firms in Chicago. She is also a certified mediator, bringing a balanced, resolution-oriented mindset to her practice.
