  • Negotiated pre-suit settlement on behalf of McDonald’s resolving a copyright infringement claim with respect to music used in McDonald’s television commercials.
  • Negotiated settlement of copyright infringement lawsuit brought by songwriter in connection with music used in national sales campaign of car leasing company.
  • Successfully represented insurance sales professional under threat of being sued by surviving spouse of Andrew Kissel, whose widow was fighting effort by Northwestern Ins. to rescind a $15 million life insurance policy due to false statements in the insurance application.
  • Successfully represented former VP of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in executive compensation dispute with his prior employer in AAA arbitration, winning a six-figure award after full hearing in arbitration.
