• Advising energy companies on electricity marketing structures, particularly direct marketing agreements and regulatory requirements under the German Renewable Energy Act (EEG).
• Legal support for project financing of renewable energy projects, including the preparation and review of cash flow models and coordination with financing institutions.
• Advising energy supply companies in the electricity and gas retail business on regulatory matters, contract structuring, and energy market processes.
• Successful legal representation of an energy supplier in regulatory proceedings, resulting in the lifting of a prohibition order issued by the competent supervisory authority.
