He has worked throughout his career on numerous aspects of California law, including business disputes, media, entertainment and intellectual property. He is certified as a privacy lawyer under US and EU law, and has deep experience in California privacy law.

  • Represented a cryptocurrency investor in matter involving theft of currency through SIM swap that resulted in successful outcome, including a decision under the Federal Communications Act privacy provisions;
  • Represented numerous clients in mergers and acquisitions regarding issues involving transfer of personal information and data;
  • Represented numerous clients in copyright and trademark infringement matters, including media and entertainment companies;
  • Assisted team in numerous litigations involving producers of a prominent motion picture franchise, including proceedings in the UK
  • Represented German based clients in corporate and business disputes;
  • Prosecuted a matter for a US-based entity in international arbitration against a former business partner based in Germany
  • Assisted rights’ holders in international dispute over distribution rights to prominent performer
