Antje is a lawyer and education manager. For more than two decades, she has provided comprehensive advice to small and medium-sized enterprises as well as private individuals in all areas of tax law.
In addition to representation vis-à-vis the tax office and the tax courts, her work primarily includes creative advice regarding the choice of the appropriate corporate or company structure, the formation and conversion of companies, the drafting of contracts and business succession planning. In addition to tax law, she also specialises in contract law, inheritance law and criminal tax law.
As an education manager, Antje advises educational institutions and companies on the design, management and development of their educational areas. She has extensive knowledge and methodological confidence in project management, especially agile project management. Her projects involve helping companies define their educational business processes, plan their educational services and develop their knowledge management concept.
The costs of the projects or educational services are calculated and a cost management concept is created based on this. Education management looks at the connection between the educational and the economic goals of the clients.
