  • Acting for the Trustee in Bankruptcy of the Cheeky Girls in a claim against the News of the World.
  • Acting for a Trustee in Bankruptcy pursuing claims against a connected company, resulting in a Judgement and the Judge referring the director to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
