  • Acting for the Liquidator of a company running a Pizza Hut Franchise, pursuing unlawful dividend and debt claims against the Directors/Shareholders and a third party.
  • Acting for the Trustee in Bankruptcy of the Cheeky Girls in a claim against the News of the World.
