She has significant experience advising clients on range of corporate transactions including mergers, de-mergers, acquisitions, sales, company buybacks, joint ventures, shareholder transactions, investment and fundraising, company re-financing and re-structuring, commercial contracts and bespoke company law advice.

Elle is noted for her work with founders and scaling entrepreneurs. She assists growing businesses from start-up and early growth stage right through to exit or private equity stakes. Her advice includes a range of commercial offerings, particularly on a range of equity investment rounds including seed, venture capital, Series A, B, C and beyond.
