Georg von Bronk has been admitted as a lawyer/ in-house lawyer for over 30 years. In the early years he dealt primarily with construction and corporate law issues. After 5 years as Head of Corporate Development in a listed group, he then spent 20 years as Head of Legal/Group General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer advising Executive Boards and Supervisory Boards and was for many years at the same time responsible for auditing and risk management departments.

Georg has advised German stock corporations and large US- and Australian subsidiaries on corporate governance and compliance issues and on construction law matters. He has also accompanied a large number of major M&A projects and regulatory proceedings (BaFin; antitrust- and corruption proceedings). Finally, his work has focused on the management of major international arbitration and court proceedings.
