Immigration & Family Law

Expertise

Jordana Adams is an English qualified lawyer and Public Law lecturer, who was called to the Bar in 2007, worked at the International Criminal Court in the Hague and returned to the UK in 2012 where she subsequently qualified as a Solicitor.

Jordana has expert knowledge covering the full range of immigration law. Furthermore, she has significant experience in family law matters with a global element, which require a specialist in both fields. Her clients range from start-ups and SMEs to HNW Individuals and private clients.

Jordana has over 10 years’ experience in the full range of immigration, business immigration, nationality and asylum law. Additionally, Jordana provides advice, training and representation to employers and academic institutions in relation to obtaining sponsorship licences, complying with their obligations as sponsors and ensuring they can recruit and retain international talent.

Jordana’s breadth of experience means that she is particularly adept at complex immigration matters that fall outside of the scope of the immigration rules. Her immigration litigation work covers challenges of the decisions of the Secretary of State through appeals at the First-tier and Upper Immigration and Asylum Tribunals, as well as Judicial Review applications, aided by her strong Public Law and Human Rights background.

Jordana’s experience as a family solicitor means she can also carry out all aspects of matters where there are overlapping immigration and family issues, including nuptial agreements, child arrangements, divorce, parental abduction, domestic violence, international adoption and surrogacy.

Jordana offers a bespoke service to all her clients, both in relation to private and corporate matters. Her breadth of knowledge allows her to find solutions where others have failed at the initial application, administrative review, appeal or judicial review stage. Guiding you through the byzantine UK immigration law system.
