On contentious matters, Kevin regularly acts in Adjudication, TCC and Arbitration proceedings and in ADR (including Mediation and Early Neutral Evaluation). Kevin has acted in relation to disputes across a range of construction and engineering issues from causation of delay to liability for loss & expense to Construction Act payment disputes.

Kevin has experience of drafting and negotiating a variety of construction and engineering contracts including bespoke forms, schedules of amendments to JCT and other standard forms, professional appointments, sub-contracts, collateral warranties, bonds & guarantees. His experience ranges from discrete advice in relation to national infrastructure projects to frameworks and suites of documentation in relation to maintenance and self-build housing schemes. Kevin has developed several specialisms including advising in relation to housebuilding, national infrastructure / projects, city-centre development, mechanical and electrical work, process engineering and supporting development lawyers and funders.
