  • Acting for a developer client on the on the acquisition of a greenfield site by way of conditional contract for the construction of 58 residential dwellings, and the subsequent sale of the plots on an off-plan basis. We also assisted our client in taking development finance from a specialist lender, to support the development of the site.
  • Advising a landowner client on the disposal of a site by way of option agreement to a regional developer for a minimum price of £1.5m and subject to overage provisions.
  • Acting for a promoter client on the £3m disposal of a former car showroom with the benefit of planning permission for the demolition and redevelopment of a 60-bed care home, with an estimated GDV of £13.8m.
  • Acting for a bridging lender on a £2.25m facility secured by way of first charge on a small development site whilst the borrower arranged a development facility.
