Lisa’s experience includes advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, joint ventures, shareholder matters, investment and fundraising, commercial IP/IT and media contracts. From equity investment rounds including seed, venture capital, to Series A and beyond plus related commercial IP/IT matters.
