Lutz Becker (LL.M., Duke) is an experienced antitrust lawyer with over 20 years of experience advising clients in the fields of German and EU antitrust and merger control, particularly in cartel investigations and related damage claims.

In this context, Lutz advises enterprises on the prevention of antitrust investigations and, if necessary, represents them in administrative and/or court proceedings in Germany and at the EU level.

In addition, Lutz advises clients on regulatory matters and represents them before the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) and relevant courts, up to the Federal Court of Justice (Bundesgerichtshof).
