Marc studied at Hull University and York College of Law, before spending time working in New Zealand at a top tier law firm where, among other clients, he acted for the national airline and national bank.

Marc acts for a variety of clients including corporate occupiers and landlords, investors, developers, lenders and borrowers. He has particular experience of working with airports and retail parks and has acted for household name retailers, supermarkets, and a leisure travel business.

Marc has acted on acquisitions of portfolios in multi-million pound transactions. He also deals with options, sub-sales, and complicated overage and conditional contractual arrangements for buyers, sellers, and those financing such arrangements.

Alongside his technical expertise, Marc is known for being persistent, consistent, proactive, and pragmatic. He likes to build long-term relationships with his clients whilst focussing on delivering results.

Marc, who has been dealing with Jet2.com’s commercial property matters over the last ten years, won the prestigious ‘2023 Jet2.com Supplier Excellence Award’ and was previously recognised with his 2017 ‘Award for Great Service’.
