- Advising a consortium of investors on the development and management aspects of a new 160 key luxury 5- star hotel on the Greek Island of Rhodes
- Advising on the real estate aspects of multiple banking facilities for London & Cambridge Properties and sister company Sheet Anchor
- Acting for London & Cambridge Properties on two purchase and leaseback transactions with a major international supermarket brand
- Representing Bank of East Asia on the real estate aspects of two major residential developments in Central London
- Acting for Allois Properties on the sale of a 7-acre complex development site in Leatherhead to Surrey and Sussex Police
Acting for a major bank on the funding of the development of:
- Londoner Hotel in Leicester Square London by the Edwardian Hotel group. This was a particularly complex development deal, with the building extending 9 floors below ground to include ballroom and function space and a subterranean multiplex cinema
- The Langley Hotel and Spa, a new Luxury Collection Hotel just outside London
- The Standard Hotel, in Kings Cross, which is the first European outpost for the US lifestyle brand, which has been developed by Crosstree Partners
- Refurbishment and re-branding of the RE Hotel Shoreditch to the Accor Branded Mama Shelter London
