Acting for a major bank on the funding of the development of:

  • Londoner Hotel in Leicester Square London by the Edwardian Hotel group. This was a particularly complex development deal, with the building extending 9 floors below ground to include ballroom and function space and a subterranean multiplex cinema
  • The Langley Hotel and Spa, a new Luxury Collection Hotel just outside London
  • The Standard Hotel, in Kings Cross, which is the first European outpost for the US lifestyle brand, which has been developed by Crosstree Partners
  • Refurbishment and re-branding of the RE Hotel Shoreditch to the Accor Branded Mama Shelter London
