Neale is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, specialising in private M&A transactions including company and business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, business angel and private equity investments, shareholder agreements, restructurings and general corporate law advice.

Neale also advises on commercial law matters including business contracts, supply and purchase contracts, framework and master service agreements, agency and distributorship contracts, outsourcing and general business contracts and agreements, including IP and IT licences.

Experience Highlights

  • Advising a family owned company (Foss Holdings Limited) on the sale of its trading subsidiary, Britaniacrest Recycling Limited, in the waste management and recycling sector and subsequent to that the management buy out of the retained family business and the implementation of a new shareholders agreement;
  • Advising the owner managers of Payment Solutions Limited on the sale of their payment services company;
  • Advising Kingston Technology on the UK aspects of its US$425m sale of its global Hyper X Division to Hewlett Packard;
  • Assisting the shareholders of Cotswold Roller Hire Company on their sale of the company to Fox Brothers; and
  • Advising the shareholders of Cubiks Group on their sale of the company to PSI Holdings.
