Oliver Huq is a lawyer with over fourteen years of professional experience. He advises companies on almost all legal matters that may arise in a company and is characterised by his practice-oriented work and hands-on mentality.

Oliver is also available to his clients as legal counsel if their in-house lawyer is temporarily unavailable or not available at all.

Oliver advises on all civil and contract law matters (e.g. construction law, distribution, service, consortium and supply agreements, general terms and conditions, cooperation and non-disclosure agreements), employment law (employment contracts, terminations, outsourcing), competition law (prosecution of competition law infringements and defence against warnings), corporate law (e.g. corporate housekeeping, compliance management) and the law of unfair competition. corporate law (e.g. corporate housekeeping, compliance management and data protection), distribution and antitrust issues as well as trademark and other intellectual property matters (copyrights, IP rights).

Oliver supports and represents his clients in negotiations and in legal disputes in and out of court. He advises on issues relating to company succession, estate planning and the protection of companies under matrimonial law.
