Philip has been qualified as a solicitor for 44 years and in that time has built close relationships with individuals and their families from one generation to the next. He acts as both a trustee of and for the trustees of numerous family trusts including many established to make provision for family members with learning disabilities.

Philip also advises and assists his clients with Will writing and making lasting powers of attorney and when the need arises, with the administration of the estates of deceased family members.

Career History

Philip was articled to the West end firm of Courts and co and subsequently worked as an assistant solicitor for Michael Bryceson and Co in Bedford Row before joining HCL Hanne and Co at Garden Court in the Temple where he became a partner before leaving in 1985 to set up his own practice with his colleague Walton Eddlestone.
