Ronald’s passion is helping clients achieve their commercial goals by deploying his very practical commercial insight, combined with extensive legal experience, to collaborate with clients to help them achieve the outcome they seek.   His ‘can do’ attitude, engaging style and ability to cut through complex issues to achieve clarity and drive results, is well recognised by clients and indeed courts.   While Ron prioritises collaboration, his experience as a litigator (including a track record of successfully applying for injunctions) gives him credibility in applying pressure where needed to get a just outcome.

Ronald spent over 20 years as a general litigator, before concentrating on company and commercial law which he has practised for 15 years. This has seen Ronald conduct many sales and acquisitions; represent start-ups taking them through funding and subsequent sale and advise on (among other matters) joint ventures, shareholder agreements, partnerships, articles of association; terms and conditions, framework agreements.  His current client base includes tech companies, media companies, entertainment companies and manufacturers. He also has extensive experience in the financial sector and the Middle East.
