Sarah has extensive commercial dispute resolution experience, including in relation to commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and professional negligence claims.

Sarah has particular expertise in the nursery sector, dealing with issues arising out of acquisitions such as claims for breach of warranty and disputes regarding completion accounts.

She also advises recruitment businesses, dealing with fee disputes and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. She has an in-depth understanding of the regulatory framework in the recruitment sector, including the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations.

In addition, Sarah provides practical and commercial advice and support to her employer clients in relation the full range of employment law issues, including contracts of employment, directors’ service agreements, policies and procedures, disciplinaries and grievances, restructuring and redundancies, business acquisitions, TUPE and executive terminations.  She also acts in contentious matters such as claims in the employment tribunals and in the Courts.
