Sebastian Förste is an experienced banking and finance lawyer specialising in FinTech and cryptocurrencies.

He has over eleven years of legal experience, both as a lawyer and as the CEO of a LegalTech company.

Sebastian advises credit and financial services institutions as well as payment service providers throughout the entire lifecycle of their operations. Due to his high technical understanding, he can also advise FinTech, blockchain and crypto companies at eye level. In addition, he supports companies in both traditional financing and initial coin offerings.

Sebastian started his legal career in the Brussels office of the leading German law firm Hengeler Mueller.
