He has worked on a number of transactions ranging from acquiring land for development into housing or retail or business parks; buying office blocks for conversion to apartments or serviced apartments; acquiring portfolios of retail or residential properties; acting for investors in the healthcare market; advising developers of student accommodation, buyers of large houses and apartments in the South East; advising a wide range of lenders in providing development or investment finance secured by senior or mezzanine or stretched senior or equity
