Simon has worked as a Real Estate Solicitor for almost 30 years, helping clients structure their transactions and working alongside them throughout a property’s cycle, from the initial acquisition, the funding aspects, through the planning and development phase and on to unlocking the ultimate investment value.

Simon’s work broadly covers the UK, but with a focus on the south east of England. He has been recognised by both Chambers and the Legal 500 for his work in the Real Estate sector.
