Suresh has an in-depth and varied practice having been a pensions lawyer and professional trustee for over 10 years.

Suresh has a wide range of experience covering both contentious and non-contentious work and advises employers, trustees and law firms without pension offerings on a range of issues relating to the interpretation of pension scheme deeds and rules, application of scheme funding, employer and member communications as well as liaison with the Pensions Regulator where appropriate. Suresh is also involved in conducting trustee training where appropriate.

Professional trusteeship experience includes acting as sole and co-trustee of a number of schemes including single and multi-employer industry wide schemes ranging between £2 million and £90 million.
