Will is an experienced technology lawyer, specialising in blockchain, cryptoassets, NFTs, DAOs and Metaverse law.
He has over 10 years’ experience, having started his career at Linklaters LLP and developed experience in corporate, commercial and regulatory law relating to blockchain technologies.

- Will has acted for a range of clients assisting them with their engagement with blockchain technologies, including WeTransfer, ViacomCBS, Wolves Football Team, Asprey, Gymshark, Cambridge University.
- Will also acts for a range of NFT projects as well as layer 1 blockchains including Minima.Global, NFT marketplaces such as KnownOrigin and metaverses including VaultHill and Pavia.
- Will acts as an advisor to the World Trade Organisation, the World Economic Forum as well as an advisor to the Law Commission’s DAO panel.
Experience Highlights
- Assisting Minima.Global as external GC with multiple private token sales totalling over 6m in funds raised, as well as leading the team assisting with their global regulatory engagement.
- Training the ViacomCBS global legal team, Cambridge University faculty and the entire Wetransfer team on blockchain.
- Assisting Lionsgate and ViacomCBS with their global blockchain and NFT strategy.
- Acted for Asprey on their partnership with Bugatti for their joint NFT project.
- Multiple NFT project launches, assisting them with commercial terms and regulatory advice.
