He has over 10  years’ experience, having started his career at Linklaters LLP and developed experience in corporate, commercial and regulatory law relating to blockchain technologies.

  • Will has acted for a range of clients assisting them with their engagement with blockchain technologies, including WeTransfer, ViacomCBS, Wolves Football Team, Asprey, Gymshark, Cambridge University.
  • Will also acts for a range of NFT projects as well as layer 1 blockchains including Minima.Global, NFT marketplaces such as KnownOrigin and metaverses including VaultHill and Pavia.
  • Will acts as an advisor to the World Trade Organisation, the World Economic Forum as well as an advisor to the Law Commission’s DAO panel.

  •  Assisting Minima.Global as external GC with multiple private token sales totalling over 6m in funds raised, as well as leading the team assisting with their global regulatory engagement.

  • Assisting Lionsgate and ViacomCBS with their global blockchain and NFT strategy.
  • Acted for Asprey on their partnership with Bugatti for their joint NFT project.
  • Multiple NFT project launches, assisting them with commercial terms and regulatory advice.
