He has over two decades of leadership experience within major international law firms in Germany.  Before joining gunnercooke, Wolfgang established the Berlin office of DWF, led the Finance practice for DLA Piper Germany and was Head of the Global Financial Services line at EY Law.  He is an expert in digital transformation issues including regulatory set-ups in the crypto currency space, structured financing, M&A deals in the financial sector, securitizations, real estate finance, non-performing loan deals, equity and debt structuring, as well as advising investors and financial institutions on product development and strategy.
