Expertise

Shereen is an experienced lawyer and business owner, specialising in real estate and property transactions – helping legal teams, businesses and lenders to achieve their goals and to get deals done.  Whilst she has a broad based practice, she works predominantly within the retail, F&B and hospitality sectors.

She leads a specialist property team within Gunnercooke and regularly works closely with banking, corporate, construction and planning teams.

Having worked at a top 10 global law firm and in house within one of the UK’s biggest online retailers, she understands the pressures of working within a fast-paced business environment and of reporting and delivering to internal and external stakeholders.  This enables her to give truly pragmatic and commercial advice to clients.

Shereen has extensive experience of asset and estate management (including advising institutional investors and shopping center landlords) and dealing with large portfolio transactions.  Her experience covers retail parks, shopping centres, standalone units, drive-thrus, breweries, hotels, offices, industrial estates, supermarkets, warehouses and distribution centres.
