Dr Marc Pauka is a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in national and EU-public procurement law and German public pricing law. He is a specialist lawyer for public procurement law.

In the course of his career, he worked for many years both as a lawyer for public entities and contractors, as well as an in-house lawyer for contracting authorities.

Marc has particular experience with complex and extensive procurement procedures, especially in the IT sector and in the military environment.

One focus of his advice is to train contractors in the military environment in public procurement law and public pricing law, to advise on prevention of reclaims and, if necessary, to represent them against unjustified reclaims.
