Dr Oliver Waldburg is an expert in banking and finance law as well as restructuring works. He is active for more than 20 years, 12 of which he was a partner in a magic circle firm.

He is a recognised legal expert with a wealth of experience. In banking / finance he offers deep and broad knowledge and experience in various special financing types, such as acquisition financing, real estate financing and corporate financing.

He has also managed structured financing for banks and companies, such as factoring and asset-based financing.

In restructurings, he supported bank consortia and corporate groups in near-insolvency restructurings. He has supported several creditors in insolvency proceedings and buyers of assets from insolvency estates.
