Naman is a dual-qualified legal professional (England & Wales and India) with experience in cross-border employment law, commercial litigation, and dispute resolution. Working alongside and under the supervision of a senior employment law partner at gunnercooke, he advises on a broad range of employment matters for both individuals and businesses, combining legal rigour with a commercially focused approach.

His employment law experience includes advising on exit negotiations, redundancy processes, whistleblowing, disciplinary and grievance procedures, employment tribunal litigation, and breach of post-termination restrictions. Naman regularly assists in drafting contracts of employment, settlement agreements, and internal HR policies. He supports on the strategic handling of contentious exits, enforcement of restrictive covenants, and disputes involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, and victimisation.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales in April 2025, Naman practised law in India, having registered as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in August 2021. He represented financial institutions, insolvency professionals, and private clients in complex disputes before the Honourable Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), and a range of other judicial and quasi-judicial forums in Delhi. His practice in India focused on banking and financial litigation, enforcement of secured assets, corporate insolvency, and creditor rights, and included advising and acting in domestic arbitrations involving commercial and contractual matters.
