Florian Aspöck

Expertise

Dr Florian Aspöck is admitted to the bar in Austria and Germany and has extensive international experience.

His main areas of expertise – frequently in an international context – are employment law, data protection law and general contract law. He also advises private individuals on inheritance and family matters. In these fields, Florian also represents his clients’ interests in court if necessary.

In addition to non-profit organizations, SMEs and private individuals, Florian regularly advises and assists foreign companies with their market entry in Germany and their entire further activities. A particular focus of his practice is advising companies from Spanish-speaking countries.

Florian advises his clients in German, Spanish and English and always with a solution-oriented approach and an eye for the big picture. He is convinced that mutual understanding is the basis of successful cooperation, it is therefore essential to him to both understand the needs of his clients and to make them understand the legal context.

Florian studied in Austria (Salzburg, Vienna) and Spain (Valladolid, Barcelona) and then worked for several years in academia, specialising in international and European private law. After training as a lawyer in Vienna, he worked in Liechtenstein before moving to Germany in 2018, where he has been working as a lawyer since then.
