  • Acted for Edinburgh Airport in the on-campus development of a Hampton by Hilton Hotel and retained for the proposed extension to create the largest Hotel in Edinburgh and second largest hotel in Scotland.
  • Acted on multiple Developments for one of the UK’s leading petrol forecourt and convenience retail destination operators throughout Scotland and the north of England.
  • Lead on £350M mixed use urban regeneration project on the banks of The Clyde, including complex site assembly and Local Authority Development Agreement negotiation.
