gunnercooke ‘Leading with Purpose’ finalist at Business Culture Awards

September 4, 2025

gunnercooke has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Leading with Purpose for Business Culture category at the 2025 Business Culture Awards.

The firm has been recognised for putting people and purpose at its core. From the impactful work of the gunnercooke foundation and House of Books & Friends, to the way the model empowers its people to set up and scale up the practice they’ve always wanted; to design their lives.

The Business Culture Awards aims to celebrate organisations that create outstanding employee experiences, recognising how workplace culture drives business success.

This recognition adds to an already impressive recent track record for gunnercooke, which was nominated for the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards in July and now received 93 award recognitions. The firm continues to grow at pace, with 15 global offices, more than 600 advisors, and over 45,000 clients worldwide.

Darryl Cooke, Founder of gunnercooke, commented: “We have always believed in the idea of our employees ‘tap dancing to work’, and set out to create a culture that supports their wellbeing, growth, and ability to design their own lives. This difference of caring about our people and wider communities has been key to our growth, and so it’s wonderful to be recognised by the Business Culture Awards.”

The winners will be announced at the ceremony on Wednesday 26th November 2025 at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London.
